Table Thai 1 & 2 may be attended ‘a la carte’ or follow all elements for certification.
Certification includes: class attendance & participation, massage practice & meditation hours, evaluation & receive massage by the teacher.
Table Thai Massage is performed on the massage table. This technique is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists and Practitioners who already work on the table. Learn the key elements and dynamics of Thai Massage and functional ways of integrating techniques onto a massage table in a safe and efficient manner.
Courses includes:
Manual, Client intake & documentation form, meditation and exercise series, procedures for insurance and licensing & reading list
- RMTs CMTO Category A provider 15 CE hours to attend class or 35 CE hours for 75 hour certificate (attend class and complete all requirements & practicum)

Table Thai 1
Learn & developa strong foundation in the key elements of Thai massage. Supine, prone and side lying positions. Traction, twist, compression, expansion & sensing, After participating in our dynamic 4-day hands-on professional training have the confidence to perform a full two hour Thai massage session.
The goal of this class is to introduce the student to:
[dotlist]- Breath, meditation, structural alignment & core stability Stable stances, powerful rocking movement
- Touch techniques: palm, fist, forearm and percussion, and how to apply them safely
- Metta (loving kindness)
- Compression, traction, twists, postures and static yoga stretches in supine, side and prone position

Table Thai 2
Learn & Develop: Expands on and integrates techniques from Thai Massage level I. Sitting position: dynamic shoulder, chest & back routine. Expanding and adding new postures and routines to supine, prone and side positions. More advanced postures, touch techniques and stances. Completion of this courses will enable enrolment in level III & IV Intermediate and Advanced courses.
The goal of this class is to introduce the student to:
[dotlist]- 2.5 hrs of new, intermediate postures, twists, compression & variations
- Energy lines: Locate, identify and landmark.
- New stances & postures: dynamic sitting & intermediate leg postures
- Touch techniques: application of thumb, forearm and feet
- Intermediate postures and static yoga stretches
