Level 1
Learn & develop a strong foundation in the key elements of Thai massage with our dynamic and interactive 4-day hands-on professional training. Prepares you to perform a full two hour Thai massage session with confidence and competence.
The goal of this class is to introduce the student to: Meditation and structural alignment fundamentals in application to safely deliver compassionate touch compressions, tractions, twists and static yoga stretches. Transition seamlessly from supine, side to prone positions while applying metta (loving kindness).

Learn, develop and expand from Level 1: NEW sitting position: dynamic neck, shoulder, chest & back routine. New, expansive and interactive postures, compressions and energy line theory.
The goal of this class is to introduce the student to: NEW 2.5 hours of therapeutic flow with deep twists, extension postures, applying new deep, stimulating compression techniques utilizing thumbs and forearms.
Locate, identify and landmark energy lines. Prerequisite: attend level 1 class (do not have to complete level 1 certification requirements before attending this class ).
